April/May Pale rose & cream, but very variable, from near white through all delicate shades of pink, sometimes with contrasting veining. the lip is near white with pink, purple or brownish spots. Very pretty and excellent beginners' orchid. Prolific grower.

£15.00 n/a Late May Variable flower colour, petals and sepals ranging from white to rose-pink, the lip sometimes blotched with yellow, orange or reddish brown. Flower size a little smaller than the rest. Upright habit and long lasting flower, but temperamental in culture. Likes lots of moss and needs to be kept cool for longer during winter, start into growth not before April.

Sept/Oct Autumn flowering. White with purple spotted lip and yellow markings, very distinctive, rare and difficult. Needs minimum of 15ºC/60ºF. Found mainly growing in deep moss on trees. Enjoys cultivation in pots with side drainage, net pots or pond pots with perforated sides. Give good light but avoid scorching.  This is a tricky subject, not for beginners.

October / December Autumn flowering. Flowers pink with lighter coloured, tubular lip, fairly large on erect stems, sometimes two flowers per stem or bulb. The flowers are long lasting in cool temperatures and have a delicious scent. Grows on trees and therefore likes more moss in the compost.

Shipped in September or after flowering in January.

April/May Pale lavender flowers with magenta or purple lip marking. Unusually rounded petals and sepals. Upright on a long, slender stem. Long lasting.  Likes extra bark in its compost. Cover the pots with bark so that the surface of the compost dries out quickly.
