All plants offered will be in a dormant state, hardy orchids and cypripediums will be sent bare-rooted. For delivery dates, please see individual pricelists. Full growing instructions will be included.

Orders will not be acknowledged unless you enclose a self addressed postage paid
envelope.
Only pre-paid orders can be dispatched.
Postage: Please add £3.00 for Postage and Packing for shipments within the UK. No P&P charge for orders over £30 within the UK.
If you are ordering from elsewhere within the European Union, please send me an email so that we can agree terms. Postage will be charged by weight and shipping method.
If you send cash, please use registered post and wrap bank notes in kitchen foil for safety.
Orders will be processed first in, first out. Sometimes bulbs/plants are no longer available when an order arrives. Please state whether you are willing to accept a substitute if the ordered item is no longer available.
If paying by cheque, it would be helpful if you could send a limited cheque, so that I can enter a lower amount if some ordered plants are not available. To do this, write "not to exceed £ x" between the 'payee only' cross lines and leave the total amount blank. Please make your cheque out to Heritage Orchids (£ Sterling cheque only) and send it to:
